We are looking for individuals with a high degree of motivation, strong communication skills, sales oriented and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Obligations:
→ finding real estate buyers and sellers
→ organization of real estate viewings
→ conducting negotiations between buyers and sellers
→ work in the office and in the field (Zagreb and surroundings)
→ monitoring market trends and real estate prices
Required qualifications:
→ vocational education: SSS/VSS
→ excellent communication, organizational and presentation skills
→ sales experience is desirable, but not a requirement
→ high level of responsibility and teamwork
→ willingness to work in a dynamic and demanding environment
→ category B driver's license
→ knowledge of spoken and written English
→ use of social networks (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and MS Office programs
